I am passionate about chiropractic care and have been in the field since 1995. Starting as a chiro assistant, student and now owner of Pacific Wellness with two locations in San Diego, Ca. With almost 20 years of experience as a chiropractor, I am just as passionate about helping you and your family move through life with joy. I take a holistic approach to looking at the ENTIRE body and how we can help it function optimally in many stages of life. As a constant student, I am always seeking new lessons to better understand your specific needs.

I am a Webster Certified Chiropractor, pediatric trained, postural restoration, Birth Fit coach specialty trained for prenatal/postpartum movement and have advanced training in oral tension and airway postural dysfunction.

I started my career as a sports rehab chiropractor working alongside the physical therapy team for the San Diego Padres and Charges, so I am also very competent with sports injuries and getting into some deep muscle tension.
