With almost 20 years of experience as a chiropractor, I am just as passionate about helping you and your family move through life with joy. Dr. Connor is a Bay Area native and U.S. Army veteran who served as a combat medic before becoming a chiropractor. His firsthand experiences with pain management in the military—and later, during his own recovery from a serious car accident—sparked a passion for safe, effective, and holistic care.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer West in 2023, Dr. Connor gained diverse clinical experience through internships with the VA and pediatric specialists. He believes in addressing the root cause of pain through chiropractic adjustments, movement, and lifestyle support.
